Welcome to Nitro-X Fitness!


Thank you for your enrollment in Nitro-X Fitness, where you receive top-notch online personal training when and where it’s convenient for you! The 90 Day Strong program entitles you to anytime access to a private Facebook community where trainer Brenda Hornsby provides guidance and suggestions for a healthier, more fit “you.” All without counting calories or tracking foods! You’ll also share progress, suggestions, and recipes for others in the group. You’ll receive an email soon from Brenda to get you started!

Meanwhile, take a few minutes to look at the guidelines for the 90 Day Strong program. Don’t worry! Brenda will provide more details on what is acceptable as you join the FB group and move through the challenge. And she will have plenty of tools to help you be successful on your journey. Keep in mind, this is not just about weight loss, it’s about being healthy. Your body will do what it needs to do!

Guidelines of 90 Day Strong 

Daily Habits:

  • Whole foods are your food choices 
  • Drink 1 gallon of water
  • Use an 8-inch plate for meals (3 meals, 2 snacks)
  • Drink 1 gallon of water
  • Two (2) 45-minute workouts five days a week – no two consecutive days of rest. One workout a day has to be outside, rain or shine. A brisk walk counts as a workout.
  • Read 10 pages daily of a self-improvement book (audiobooks do not count).
  • No alcohol 

Weekly Habits:

  • Take a progress picture and weigh in weekly on Tuesday mornings. Send to Brenda privately your weigh-in. 

DO NOT CHEAT! If you cheat, you first lose what you’ve been striving for and you lose your exercise rest days for that week!  If cheating becomes your habit,  you will need to start from the beginning. 

Things that are no-no’s – these are your DO NOT HAVES

  • No refined sugar
  • No fried foods
  • No soda
  • No alcohol
  • No bread
  • No artificial sweeteners
  • No prepackaged frozen meals
  • No processed foods
