  1. Are there different types of memberships?

    To best serve the various needs of our customers, we offer a monthly membership plan that is designed to make ongoing fitness affordable for everyone.   2. What will I need?

    For individual monthly memberships, we will provide you with everything you need to successfully establish your individual fitness routine, including one-on-one interactions with Brenda Hornsby. Upon enrollment, all our members will receive access to a complete set of video exercise tutorials and a private Facebook page with tips and exercises. 90-Day Strong members will receive guidance for getting fit and staying healthy over the next 90 days. And, members will receive access to top-notch exercise videos that they may purchase for download. Don’t worry! Your success is our goal, and we will make sure you have what you need to achieve your goals!

  3. How do I make payments?

    We accept payment via major credit cards.

  4. Can I cancel my membership?

    While we would be sad to see you go, you can, of course, cancel your membership at the end of your membership enrollment period. 90-Day Strong memberships cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.

  5. Do you offer personal training services?

    Yes! Trainer Brenda Hornsby can help you meet your specific fitness goals. Working with her will depend on her availability, your needs and goals, and appropriate workout strategies. No matter what, Brenda will always support, motivate, and help you achieve your fitness and health goals.

  6. How do I sign-up?

    Signing up has never been easier! Simply enroll online and make your payment. We will email you all the information you need to get started on your personal fitness journey, whether that is through a monthly membership or jumping right in with a 90-Day Strong membership!

  7. When can I work out?

    We are online 24/7 for your convenience! You may view/download videos and online information at your convenience!
