This is a game-changing plan for individuals who want to have better health, better habits, and enjoy a better way of living! Members will learn how to simplify good nutrition choices, maintain a daily workout plan and, best of all, enjoy a private FB page with our trainer, Brenda Hornsby, and others who are devoting 90 days to becoming stronger mentally and physically. Each member also will be accountable for taking a weekly progress photo and weighing in on Tuesday mornings. This “progress report” is shared privately with the trainer, but members have unlimited opportunities to share with the group their ups and downs, recipes, and “aha” moments, ask questions, and encourage others.
